Wholegrain pasta

Wholegrain pasta is made of 100% wholegrain wheat flour and water. This pasta is made of wholegrain flour, which retains the nutrients found in grains such as fibres, B-group vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. 100 g of this pasta contains as much as 8 g of dietary fibres. This is an excellent source of fibre. Valuable nutrients found in the wholegrain flour can help to improve digestion, regularise metabolic function, maintain normal cholesterol and glucose levels in the blood, and protect from cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and obesity. This pasta is particularly suitable for dietetic nutrition. At least half of the recommended daily intake of grain products should comprise wholegrain foods. Due to the presence of all parts of the grain, wholegrain pasta has a light brown colour.
