400 g whole grain pasta,
1 chicken breast,
1 tin of tomatoes,
1 small broccoli,
2 cloves garlic,
1 onion,
Salt, pepper,
Parmesan cheese,
Olive oil.

  1. Slice the chicken fillet into thin strips. Cut a peeled onion into small cubes and chop the garlic. Cut some broccoli into florets. Boil water in a pan and add salt. Add the broccoli florets and cook for several minutes, then remove them from the water.
  2. Heat some oil in a saucepan, add the chicken and fry until white. Add the onions and garlic. Fry until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Boil some water in a large pan and add salt. Add pasta to the boiling water. Cook until al dente, or as indicated on the packaging. Drain the pasta, but do not throw away the water because you will need it for your sauce.
  4. Add the pasta and broccoli into the pan with the chicken. Then add the sauce with onions, tinned tomatoes, salt and pepper, and stir well. Cover the saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve the pasta on a plate with the prepared sauce and Parmesan cheese.
