400 g spelt pasta,
300 g cauliflower,
100 g hazelnuts,
250 ml of canned peas,
Handful of fresh basil,
Olive oil,
Salt, pepper.

  1. Cut the cauliflower into large florets and cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Fry crushed nuts and cauliflower in a saucepan until soft. Add seasoning and green peas.
  2. Boil some water in a large pot and add salt. Add pasta to the boiling water. Cook until al dente, or as indicated on the packaging. Drain the pasta, but do not throw away the water because you will need it for your sauce.
  3. Add the pasta to the saucepan with the vegetables. Add some of the pasta water and stir carefully. Serve the pasta on a plate with the prepared sauce and fresh basil.
