Whole grain pasta with chicken

400 g whole grain pasta,
1 chicken breast,
1 tin of tomatoes,
1 small broccoli,
2 cloves garlic,
1 onion,
Salt, pepper,
Parmesan cheese,
Olive oil.

  1. Slice the chicken fillet into thin strips. Cut a peeled onion into small cubes and chop the garlic. Cut some broccoli into florets. Boil water in a pan and add salt. Add the broccoli florets and cook for several minutes, then remove them from the water.
  2. Heat some oil in a saucepan, add the chicken and fry until white. Add the onions and garlic. Fry until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Boil some water in a large pan and add salt. Add pasta to the boiling water. Cook until al dente, or as indicated on the packaging. Drain the pasta, but do not throw away the water because you will need it for your sauce.
  4. Add the pasta and broccoli into the pan with the chicken. Then add the sauce with onions, tinned tomatoes, salt and pepper, and stir well. Cover the saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve the pasta on a plate with the prepared sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Spelt pasta with cauliflower

400 g spelt pasta,
300 g cauliflower,
100 g hazelnuts,
250 ml of canned peas,
Handful of fresh basil,
Olive oil,
Salt, pepper.

  1. Cut the cauliflower into large florets and cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Fry crushed nuts and cauliflower in a saucepan until soft. Add seasoning and green peas.
  2. Boil some water in a large pot and add salt. Add pasta to the boiling water. Cook until al dente, or as indicated on the packaging. Drain the pasta, but do not throw away the water because you will need it for your sauce.
  3. Add the pasta to the saucepan with the vegetables. Add some of the pasta water and stir carefully. Serve the pasta on a plate with the prepared sauce and fresh basil.

Buckwheat pasta with soy sauce

400 g buckwheat pasta,
Soy sauce,
1 tablespoon dry table wine,
1 teaspoon sesame oil,
2 teaspoon brown sugar,
1 teaspoon chili sauce,
2 cloves garlic,
Handful of green onions,
Chili pepper,
1 medium carrot,
1 green pepper,
Olive oil.

  1. Mix soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, sugar and chilli sauce in a small bowl. Set it aside until needed.
  2. Boil some water in a large pot and add salt. Add pasta to the boiling water. Cook until al dente, or as indicated on the packaging.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the pasta and fry without stirring for 2-3 minutes until slightly fried on one side. Flip the pasta carefully and fry the other side for about 2 minutes. Remove the pasta from the saucepan, place it on a plate and leave until needed.
  4. Add a tablespoon of oil into the saucepan. Then add chopped garlic, spring onions, sliced carrots and pepper. Fry for about 30 seconds, until they release their scent. Add the pasta and sauce, then stir well. Make sure all the pasta is covered with the sauce.
  5. Take the saucepan off the heat. Serve the pasta on a plate with the prepared sauce. The pasta can also be served with fresh lettuce.
