Oat flour pasta

Oat flour pasta is a premium category of pasta products combining the best properties of oats cereal and wholegrain wheat. Oats are enriched with beta-glucans – complex carbohydrates (polysaccharides). It has been scientifically proven that beta-glucans naturally occurring in oat cereal can help boost levels of good bacteria and the immune system, and lower the cholesterol levels in blood, while the fibre enriched wholegrain wheat can help lower the glucose levels in blood and stimulate generation of biologically active substances, which inhibit proliferation of cancer cells.
